Former Westchester Principal Sues KSD for Sexual Discrimination

In case you are not aware, the Kirkwood School District has been sued AGAIN. Former Westchester Principal Robert “Bo” Ricker filed a lawsuit on October 24, 2025 asserting that KSD subjected him to gender discrimination and retaliation that forced his resignation in April 2024. How many legal actions against Kirkwood is this now? We are losing count! And no, it is not normal for a public school system to be in numerous legal battles like this.
